Saint was founded by Gary Kyriacou and David Higgs in 2018. Created to be the go-to pizza and champagne spot, Saint offers uncomplicated, passionate Italian cuisine in a kitchen and dining space full of energy.
Our chefs are trained by the best in Milan, Italy and guided by head chef, David Higgs, to bring guests mouth-watering pizzas, sumptuous pastas, and succulent grilled dishes that tantalise the senses.

Our extensive wine and champagne menu is curated by our sommeliers to boast a glass for every taste, uplifting the experience of every dish on the menu.
Please Note: Saint is closed from 4 - 5pm in order for the kitchen to prepare for dinner service. All lunch service tables must be returned by 4:30pm latest.
